Weekly diet

This diet is intended for fast result. To this diet willpower will be required. Diet helps to get rid of 4 - 5 kg.

Tasks of the diet:

Boil the tea each day. Tea must be made of 1 teaspoon of black tea, 1 teaspoon of chamomile tea and 1 teaspoon of red caraway tea.

Tea must be boiled every day again (one cup ~ 250 ml.).  
This tea should be drunk about a half hour before eating.  
Divide everyday dishes into 3 meals.  
Follow a diet recommended for only one week; it is not advisable to withhold it longer.  
After the diet - the stomach is shrunken, so in future you will wish to eat less.  
Addition to half a liter of water should be taken during the day.

First day: ½ kg of boiled potatoes.  
Day two: ½ kg of milk curd.  
Third day: ½ kg cooked chicken fillet.  
Fourth Day: ½ kg of dried fruit.  
Fifth day: ½ kg of fresh fruit.  
Sixth Day: ½ kg vegetable stew without the fat.  
Seventh Day: One of the earlier days of choice.
