You can absorb vitamin K by eating food: livers, milk, salad, broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, chives, kiwi and avocado. The lack of vitamin K can occur because of the liver diseases. The lack of vitamin D is not very common because it form gut bacteria in the organism. The lack of vitamin K can cause bleeding (low blood flow). |
