Vitamin K (phyllochinon)

Fat- soluble vitamin

Vitamin K regulates the blood coagulation; it takes part in formation of protombin.

It is necessary for the healthy teeth, bones, vitality and also for the treatment of liver and biliary diseases and wounds.

Vitamin K forms gut bacteria in the organism.

You can absorb vitamin K by eating food: livers, milk, salad, broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, chives, kiwi and avocado.

The lack of vitamin K can occur because of the liver diseases.

The lack of vitamin D is not very common because it form gut bacteria in the organism.

The lack of vitamin K can cause bleeding (low blood flow).
