Vitamin B3 (niacin)

Water- soluble vitamin

Vitamin B3 is included in many compositions of ferments and takes part in fat, carbohydrates and protein exchange.

It is very common in such products as: yeast, corn husk, kidneys, livers, eggs and meat.

The lack of vitamin B3

Pellagra- the lack of vitamin B3, signs: tiredness, irritations of skin, diarrhea, weight loss, changeable mood, depression, memory loss.

Overdose of vitamin B3

Overdose of vitamin B3 can cause itching, headaches and vomiting.

The daily dose is 2-3 mg.
