This diet focuses on effective slimming results.

Diet requires a very strict eating regime. But mention that this will not be easy for your body. Evaluate yourself whether it is worth it.

Dietary time - six days. Only the told products in certain amounts can be used during the dietary time.

Also, do not change the order of the day. Recommended drinks - water, tea, sugar-free (green tea).

Can discard from 6-8 kilograms during the dietary time.

First day: 6 boiled eggs  
Second day: 500 g of milk curd  
Third day: 500 g boiled chicken without skin  
Fourth day: 200 g cooked rice  
Fifth Day: 5 boiled medium sized potatoes 
Sixth Day: 2 green apples
