The diet - eat more, weigh less

This diet allows you to eat vegetables, fruit, groats, beans and other legumes; in limited amount you can eat non-fat dairy products (yogurt and cottage cheese) and egg-whites.

This diet prohibits you to eat fish and other sea food products, lean poultry meat and dairy products with reduced fat content.

The products included in this diet does not contain sufficient calcium amount in the human body.

This diet is based on a assumption that about 30 % of calories in our nutriment consists of fat.

However, the diet is relatively rich in carbohydrates - cereals, vegetables, fruits.
