Strawberry diet

Strawberries are great summer berries! They are sweet, juicy and brightly colored berries. They can be called also enjoyable berries. Although 90% of the berries contain water they are great berries with low energy value!

When it is strawberry time do not forget about his diet! If you buy strawberries better look if they are ready. This diet has a positive effect on the skin condition. If you have problems with skin and metabolism, then this is a diet for you! During this diet you will imbibe both vitamin C and the minerals needed. If you have gastritis you can not follow this diet!

You will need approx. 1,5kg strawberries!

You must divide this amount of berries for all meals (5 together0.

So during one meal time you will eat approx. 300g strawberries.

Do not add any sugar to the berries.

Drink water or mineral water.

In the mornings and evening you can drink green tea, nothing else!

Do no forget about the last meal- it must be 3 hours before you go to sleep!
