Soup of bows on French taste

Thinking for a healthy food and diet, which allows to loose a few kilograms, the useful soups without a meat increase will fit , which are not especially fat, however enough fillings.

 250 ml dry table wine, 9 small lobule of garlic, 6 slices toasted wheat breads, 4 middle sized onions, are fried, liter of the vegetarian clear soup, soupspoon flours, pinch of the black pepper, salt by taste. Warm wine to the boiling temperature in a large caldron, diminish flame and add chopped onions. To continue to boil on the small fire stirring all the time approximately 20 minutes, till mass becoming homogeneous and onions dissolve. Then add pressed garlic and cook approximately 10 minutes, till garlic become brown. Sieve in the flour and cook for 2 minutes. Afterwards pour in the beforehand prepared vegetarian clear soup and cook, till a liquid begins to bubble, joins salt and peppers, continues cook for 20 minutes. Serving the soup add a bread cut in small cubes and, if wish, also refined rub, decent melting cheese.
