Salmon diet

Salmon takes a very reputable place in the sea food choice. Even those people, who do not eat any fish, eat salmon. It has to be cooked right in order to get it juicy and in order it would keep its attractive colour. It is an excellent proteindiet.

During your diet you have to refuse from eating sugar (sweets), canned products and junk food.

The diet brings good results, the memory improves and the energy increases. This diet is easy to follow for as long as you need the necessity to change you menu or completely. During this diet you have to drink plenty of liquids!

In the morning the first meal - a small salmon fillet, it may be combined with a small portion of oatmeal porridge. Drink green tea or water.

The second meal - 2 fillet of lightly salted salmon (up to 250g), add some lemon juice and greens (dill or spring onions) as you wish. Drink water or mineral water.

Third meal - Instead of salmon you can eat up to 50g of boiled chicken fillet. As a snack- you can have 50g of nuts or dried fruit. Drink water or mineral water.

Fourth meal - eat 2 fillet of lightly salted salmon (together 250g), ad some lemon juice and greens (dill or spring onions) to your liking. Drink water or mineral water.

Fifth meal - instead of salmon you can eat up to 50g of boiled chicken fillet. As a snack you can have 50g of nuts or dried fruit. Drink water or green tea.
