Salad: Tomatoes Rose

4 large tomatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

1/2 cup rose wine

1/3 cup salad oil

3 tablespoons wine vinegar

1/4 cup finely chopped celery

1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion

1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix

Celery leaves

Place tomatoes in shallow dish or deep bowl. To make dressing, in screw-top jar combine wine, salad oil, and vinegar. Stir in celery, green onion, and dressing mix. Cover and shake to mix well. Pour dressing over tomatoes. Cover; refrigerate several hours. Lift tomatoes from marinade. Arrange slices of tomato on platter. Spoon some of the dressing over; pass remaining. Garnish with celery leaves. Makes 6 servings.
