Salad: Barbecue Bean Mold

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin

1/2 cup tomato juice

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

1 cup tomato juice

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 15 3/4-ounce can barbecue beans

1/2 cup chopped celery

1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

In saucepan soften gelatin in the 1/2 cup tomato juice. Add brown sugar and prepared mustard; stir over low heat till gelatin and sugar dissolve. Stir in the 1 cup tomato juice and the lemon juice. Chill till partially set.

Fold barbecue beans, celery, and onion into gelatin mixture. Pour into 4-cup mold. Chill till firm. Unmold onto serving plate. Makes 6 servings.
