Rumanian menu

Rumanian use a lot of vegetables in their nutrition- beans, beets, tomatoes, cucumbers, marrow type pumpkin, aubergines, carrots, potatoes. A lot of corn, vegetable salad is used.

They add a lot of hot spices. It is characteristic that Rumanian dishes have a bit sour soups- Ĩorbas that are made with leaven wheat bran extract, and also borsch.

They also love a dish which contains of minced meat wrapped in grape leaves.
