There are two kinds of protein sources:

Animal proteins- meat, meat products, fish, seafood, eggs, milk, dairy products.

Vegetation proteins- grain, cereals, legumes, beans, peas, soybean.

A little of proteins are in fruits and vegetables. You get 1/3 of the necessary amount of proteins from eating bread. It is important to know that you need to ingest proteins every day because unlike the carbohydrates and fat your body does not make protein reserves.
