Perfection Salad1 6-ounce package lemon-flavored gelatin 31/4 cups boiling water 1/3 cup white vinegar 2 tablespoons lemon juice 3/4 teaspoon salt 2 cups shredded cabbage 1 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives Broccoli Ring Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water. Stir in vinegar, lemon juice, and salt. Chill mixture till partially set. Fold in cabbage, celery, green pepper, and olives. Turn mixture into a 5 1/2-cup mold. Chill till firm. Unmold salad onto plate. Makes 10 servings. |
