New cabbage diet

With the new cabbage diet you can reach the desired weight. This diet has become more and more popular because the results are surprising! I propose rather to use this diet in order to change your old habits.

First you will need to cook the dietary soup: small cabbage, 1kg tomatoes, 2 onions, a carrot, sweet pepper, spices, and greens.

In the boiling water put for a minute tomatoes then put them in the cold water. Now you will be able to get rid of the tomato skin. In 1 ½ liter of boiling water add some spices, cut cabbage, carrot, sweet pepper and onions. You need to cook this soup for about half hour or a bit more. This amount of soup is meant for two days and then you can cook it again.

The diet must be taken for seven days during which you can eat this soup as much as you want. Every day you can add to you menu such products:

First day: soup + fruits

Second day: soup + vegetables

Third day: soup + fruit +vegetables

Fourth day: soup + bananas, milk with low fat contain

Fifth day: soup + 200g chicken or fish with rice

Sixth day: repeat the Friday

Seventh day: vegetables and rice
