Kefir dietKefir is a healthy fermented milk product. It contains lactic bacteria, as well as calcium. Often it is associated with the relaxation days. It is considered as a healthy drink! One of the most effective kefir diets can be referred to one week diet regime. During the first five days of the diet you must drink kefir with low-fat content! First day: one liter of kefir and 200g lean cottage cheese. Second day: one liter of kefir and different vegetables (250g). Third day: one liter of kefir and 300g boiled chicken. Fourth day: one liter of kefir and boiled potatoes with skin (300g). Fifth day: one liter of kefir and fruit by choice (2kg). Sixth day: one and a half liter – two liters of kefir (from 1%-3.2%). Seventh day: the kefir is not included in the menu, but only fresh tomatoes and cucumber salad with greens (500g). It is necessary to drink water or mineral water! The loss of weight can be even 5kg. This diet can be taken not more than once in two months! |
