Juice: Pumpkin juice

Pumpkin juice is rich in valuable substances- phosphorus, silicon, cobalt, magnesium, copper and also with vitamins C and B, carotene.

The qualities of pumpkin disappear if you cook or boil it therefore one of the best ways is to drink the pumpkin juice.

This pumpkin juice is especially good for women: it contains pectin which eliminates all the excess cholesterol, reduces the blood pressure and releases the organism from the excess liquids, helps in the eternal war with the overweight.

If you do not like the taste of the pumpkin you can add to juice fresh apple or carrot juice!
