Hypo calories dietThis is diet which contains 600-1500 calories a day. By using the calorie tables and taking one standard diet as an example- you can compile them by yourself. Also there is a traditional choice of products- steamed or boiled lean meat or fish, dairy products with reduced fat, vegetables, fruit and dried bread. While making the hypo calories diet you have to remember some important conditions. There has to be a sufficient amount of proteins, as well as vegetables and fruits. During the day time you have to drink at least two, but preferably three liters of water. You must completely give up sugar and sweets (only as much as in fruits). You must eat five times a day in order to ensure that your body will not make any fat reserves. You can’t eat in between your meals. Diet must be supplemented with physical training. |
