Heating drink for the cold morning

For one portion you will need a cup of water, crashed fresh ginger in pieces (1x1 cm) or half of tea spoon of dried ginger, half tea spoon of cinnamon and a pinch of cardamom.

Boil the mixture on moderate fire for about 5 minutes, stir and drink hot! You can add sugar but honey is not suitable for these drinks, based on the Ayurvedic principles.

This drink warms all body, improves the appetite, digestion. In the traditional medicine this is considered to be a good remedy against cold, also for menstruation and urination problems for women.

The drink is not recommended for the ulcer patients!
