Grapes are an excellent source of vitamins, microelements and minerals.

Grapes contain B group vitamins, vitamin E, calcium, potassium, iron, fibers, and enzymes. This diet improves your bones, strengthens the heart, and regulates intestinal functioning. Do not be afraid - sweet berries are not rich.

On the contrary, within this diet they purify the organism. Potassium improves your digestion. This diet is very pleasant because the berries are sweet and rich in vitamins. During this diet it is possible to loose up to 3 kg of weight.

This five day grape diet can be considered as a body purifying diets. During the day time you need to eat up to 1 kg of grapes (divide this kg for 5 meals).

In addition you must drink grape juice or water. You can do it in turns. During one meal eat grapes and drink juice but in other meal drink more water!
