Georgian menu

In Georgian traditional meals there are a lot of green herbs, different kind of spices, hot sauces, wine vinegar, sour fruit juices, and vegetables.

The meat dishes which are boiled, stewed and cooked are made of mutton, beef, and pork meat. As many other southern nations it is very popular to cook the meat on coals. The same is done with fish, vegetables and cheese.

In this manner cooked dishes are served with onion rings, spring onions, fresh tomatoes, lemon slices, fresh and pickled cucumbers, on a spit cooked aubergines filled with mutton fat.

Chicken are baked under being a load.
