Fruity Ginger Ale Mold

1 3-ounce package lemon-flavored gelatin

1 cup boiling water

1 cup ginger ale, chilled

1 medium apple, cored and cut in wedges

1 8 1/4ounce can pineapple slices, cut up

1 small apple, cored, peeled, and chopped

1/2 cup halved seedless green grapes

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool to room temperature. Slowly add ginger ale.

Arrange apple wedges in 4 1/2cup mold. Pour in 3/4 cup of the gelatin mixture. Chill till almost firm. Meanwhile, chill remaining gelatin till partially set. Fold in pineapple, chopped apple, and halved grapes. Pour over first layer. Chill till firm. Unmold on lettuce-lined platter, if desired. Makes 5 or 6 servings.
