Frozen Strawberry-Banana Salads

1 21-ounce can strawberry pie filling

1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3 medium bananas, chopped

1/4 cup coarsely chopped toasted almonds

Lettuce

Stir together pie filling, softened ice cream, and lemon juice. Stir in bananas and nuts. Turn mixture into 8 individual molds. Cover and freeze till firm. To serve, let stand at room temperature 10 minutes. Unmold onto lettuce-lined plates. Makes 8 servings.
