Favorite shrimp salad10 cleaned king prawns 1 grapefruit 1 avocado 1 apple 4 tables spoons of green peas Some coriander leaves Juice of 1 lemon Salt Pepper Olive oil for cooking For sauces: 4 tables spoons of lemon juice 2 table spoons of brown sugar Salt 6 table spoons of olive oil or sesame oil Small piece of ginger Crash the ginger and mix all the ingredients together for the sauce, add salt and pepper to taste. Cook the shrimps, sprinkle with salt and pout over the lemon juice. In the portion plates put 1-2 slices of grapefruit, put the apple and avocado slices, peas, coriander leaves, pour over the prepared sauce. Put on the cooked shrimps. |
