Dietary time - 4 days. In the fasting can get rid of 3 kilograms.

 In the fasting drink water, tea. No aerated waters and juices!

Breakfast:  
Slice of whole wheat bread with a little butter and a small slice of ham.

Healthy morning mix - 2 tablespoons of oat flakes with 3 spoons of milk and half a banana.

Lunch:  
Choose 1 dish, which you will eat for lunch. You can choose the sequence on your own!

Lunch No.1: 250 g of steamed cauliflower and 125 g of boiled chicken fillet

Lunch No.2: 125 g of fried and steamed pork and 250 g stewed celery

Lunch No.3: 25 g of fried fish. Recommended fish - bass, or cod and carrot salad: 125 g of carrots add a little lemon juice and spices.

Lunch No.4: add some greens, salt to 100 grams of cottage cheese. Present to eat 3 small boiled potatoes.

Dinner: 1 apple or kiwi fruit

Boil the soup: Boil half a liter of water with a bouillon cube. Add 100 grams of potatoes, 250 g of vegetables (carrots, celery, and onion). When the vegetables remain loose, add some greens. 

Soup can be changed with the lunch dishes, and lunch meals eaten in the evening. It is not advisable to change the quantity, because it significantly affects the results of your diet!
