Extreme Swiss diet

Diet is very effective! Diet’s time is up to you. The preferred time - one week.  
Must take water during the diet - the best source of water is spring water.

First day

Breakfast: cup of tea or a little yogurt.

Lunch: boiled 3 to 4 potatoes with a spoonful of olive oil and herbs.  
Dinner: half a liter of kefir. (1% fat content)

Second day

Breakfast: One small portion of milk with flakes.  
Lunch: 1 kilogram of oranges or apples. (1% fat content)  
Dinner: half a liter of kefir. (1% fat content)

Third day

Breakfast: cup of tea  
Lunch: 400 g of milk curd  
Dinner: half a liter of kefir. (1% fat content)

Fourth day

Breakfast: A glass of milk  
Lunch: half a kilogram of lean baked fish. Not recommended to use fat. It may be the hex, trout, cod, and salmon.  
Dinner: half a liter of kefir. (1% fat content)

The fifth day must be started with everything from beginning!
