Estonian menuEstonians use much of processed cereals products, milk and dairy products. Usually they choose pork from the various ranges of meats. They also use a lot of fish dishes. When cooking juniper berries are added. In Estonian menu similar as in Latvian menu there is lot of fermented flour and groats dishes, also various cereal and legumes mixtures with milk. In the ancient Estonian menu called kama is even used industrially. |
