This is the diet of 3 days, it is not recommendable to diet longer, which can help dispose of 2-3kg. Before beginning of this diet, there must be sure, that you have no allergy if milk.

Day diet regime:

first breakfast - l hardboiled egg, l glass of milk;

second breakfast – half of a glass of milk;

dinner - 200g potatoes’ porridge, cooked with water, without butter and without salt, l glass of milk; supper - l glass of milk.

In addition, it is daring to eat 2 slices of dried brown bread in day time.
