Dinner has to be light in terms of calories and in terms of digestion. Avoid the products which contain the starch complex carbohydrates, for example potatoes and cereals.

Half of the meal must contain vegetables; the other half must be made of 2 equal parts. One part contains meat, cheese or beans; the other half contains rice, pasta or bread.

This approach helps to reduce the amount of calories during your dinner and directs you on a healthy and balanced nutrition road.
