Diet without any sweets

This diet is unusual because it is not a short- term diet, it can be used for several times a year and even for few months. The result is excellent, you can easily loose up to 2kg a month without any worries! If you want to feel as good as before this is the diet for you! You must not eat any sweets during this diet.

The only rule is to eat regularly and to forget about the sweets! Instead of sweets use delicious fruit! They will give you energy and joy of living.

If you do not know how to fight the appetite for sweets- this appetite can be reduced by using some bitter taste.

You can get bitterness from cinnamon and vanilla.
