Diet of eggs

Three day diet - with help of which it is possible to lose 3kg. Easily realize, comparing cheap, there is not also enormous feeling of starvation. Diet conditions:

not less than 8 glasses water must be drunk in a day, there are three meals in a day, and it is dare to eat only the specified products. Day menu!! breakfast - 2 coddled eggs or hardboiled egg or omelet without fats; dinners - a hen filet (150g), cooked or prepared on grille, a small portion of vegetable salad without fats, any fruit except 2 bananas; supper - 2 softly or suffered cooked eggs or omelet without fats.
