Diet of carrots

Course of carrots not only well in effects to digestion system and diminishes weight, it is stimulant to health of sight, skin, beauty of nails and hair.

In a day is remarkable to eat approximately 1 kg carrot; if thirst, you can eat more. At least part of carrots must be eaten fresh - grinded, in juice, in salad with greeneries and lemon juice, dropping a few drops of high-quality vegetable oil, that promote a suck of vitamins dissolving in fats to organism.

In a day must be drunken 2 - 3 liters of liquid - herbal teas, mineral water without gas, vegetable clear soup, green tea.
