Diet of cabbages

Cabbages help against all illnesses.

All sorts of cabbages are valuable in diets; their cellular tissues as a mop clean the intestinal canal in all length. Sour cabbages are better adjusted for cleaning of gut.

Their juice contains matters, what prevents rot and influence well the stomach mucous membranes and walls of gut.

It is desirable to eat 1- 1,5 kg of cabbages in a day - fresh, salt, extinguished, cooked. It is necessary to drink 2 - 3 liters of liquid in a day; the juice of cabbages can also be drunk.
