Diet conditions: it is need to be drunk at least 2l of water every day, the products, specified in a diet, if an amount isn’t specified, can be used in your desirable amount, cook products on your mind: bake, boil or steam, prepare meals without salt, species and any increases, it is recommended to begin a diet on the phase of waning moon, if diet conditions are omitted, for example, one candy is eaten or the chew rubber is used, a diet course is halted and the desirable effect will not be reached, it is not dare to use assuagement, pills, vitamins. If you have noticed all diet conditions and diet course have finished, then it is dare to repeat a diet only after 1year, it is recommended to repeat a diet after 2 years, if a diet is halted un-finishing it, then it can be repeated after 6 months. 1st day: - Breakfast - a cup of coffee, a tea spoon of sugar;
- Lunch -2 hardboiled eggs, spinaches, a tomato;
- Dinner – a piece of meat, lettuce with oil and lemon;
2nd day: - Breakfast - a cup of coffee, a tea spoon of sugar;
- Lunch -2 hardboiled eggs, spinaches, a tomato;
- Dinner – a slice of ham, a glass of natural yoghurt;
3rd day: - Breakfast - a cup of coffee, a tea spoon of sugar, a sea-biscuit;
- Lunch – boiled spinaches, a tomato, a fresh fruit (apple);
- Dinner – 2 hardboiled eggs, a slice of ham, lettuce with oil and lemon;
4th day : - Breakfast - a cup of coffee, a tea spoon of sugar;
- Lunch – a hardboiled egg, a grated carrot, 200 gr. melted cheese;
- Dinner – 200 gr. fruit salad, a glass of natural yoghurt;
5th day : - Breakfast – a big grated carrot with lemon;
- Lunch – one lean fish with lemon and little butter;
- Dinner – a big piece of meat, salad, a broccoli;
6th day : - Breakfast - a cup of coffee, a tea spoon of sugar, a sea –biscuit;
- Lunch – a chicken without skin, lettuce with oil and lemon;
- Dinner – 2 hardboiled eggs;
7th day : - Breakfast – a cup of tea without sugar;
- Lunch – a grilled piece of meat, fresh fruit;
- Dinner – nothing;
8th day : - Breakfast - a cup of coffee, a tea spoon of sugar;
- Lunch – 2 hardboiled eggs, spinaches, a tomato;
- Dinner – a piece of meat, lettuce with lemon and oil;
9th day : - Breakfast - a cup of coffee, a tea spoon of sugar;
- Lunch - a piece of meat, lettuce with lemon and oil, a fresh fruit;
- Dinner - a slice of ham, a glass of natural yoghurt;
10th day : - Breakfast - a cup of coffee, a tea spoon of sugar; a sea- biscuit,;
- Lunch – boiled spinaches, a tomato, a fresh fruit;

11th day: - Breakfast - a cup of coffee, a tea spoon of sugar;
- Lunch - 1 a hard boiled egg, a grated carrot, 200g cheese;
- Dinner - 200g of fruit salad, a glass of the natural yoghurt;
12th day: - Breakfast - a large grated carrot with lemon;
- Lunch - a lean fish with a lemon and a bit of butter;
- Dinner - a 1 large piece of meat, lettuce, a broccolis;
13th day: - Breakfast - a cup of coffee, a tea spoon of sugar, a sea-biscuit;
- Lunch - a chicken without a skin, lettuce with lemon and oil;
- Dinner - 2 hardboiled eggs, 1 large granted carrot.
