Diet: Relieving days

There is a point of view that man, regardless of it are or are not there problems with the superfluous weight, it is necessary to include one or two relieving days depending on a feeling and necessity every week.

Therefore we offer a few variants of relieving days. Remember! It needs to be drunk a 2,5 1 water or mineral water on relieving day.

Variants of relieving days:

  • apple - distribute a l,5kg apple on 5-6 meals;
  • fruit - l,5kg various fruit, except bananas, are distributed on 5-6 meals;
  • cottage cheese - 400-500g cottage cheese, 500g kefir and 50g sugar are distributed on 5 meals;
  • kefir - 5 glasses kefir is distributed e on 5 meals;
  • milk - 5 glasses of milk is distributed on 5 meals; vegetable - l,5kg fresh vegetables, you can prepare vegetable salad without salt, joining to the portion 5-20g of sour cream or 5g of vegetable butter, everything is distributed on 5-6 meals;
  • potatoes - breakfast, dinner and suppers - in each 2-3 jacketed potatoes with fresh greeneries;
  • juices - fresh unsweetened juices without limitations.

P.S. For the larger effect do not eat the supper before the relieving day and clear bowels.
