Can lose 6 kilograms during the fasting. Diet must be followed for 14 days.

Breakfast:

a cup of tea

2 slices of cheese

1 big slice of meat

Lunch:

Miscellaneous fruit - 300 g can be used in mixed form, may be separately.

Pears, grapes, apples, peaches and berries.

Dinner:

Stew a slice of lean meat and eat 1 fresh tomato with it, 100 g of cucumber, 1 carrot.

After the first week weight does not change significantly, but after the second week can lose up to 6 kilograms with no special effort.
