Diet: 12 days and 10kg are as unprecedented

1st day – kefir: 1l kefir (maintenance of fats 2,5%) 1 soupspoon oil of sunflowers (at pleasure- a pair of cups of herbal tea);

2nd day – fruits: 4 middle oranges, 1 soupspoon oil of sunflowers (at pleasure- a pair of cups of herbal tea);

3rd day – cottage cheese: 500g skim milk cottage cheese, 1 soupspoon oil of sunflowers (at pleasure- a pair of cups of herbal tea);

4th day – vegetables: 0,5l jar with prepared marrows, herbal tea;

5th day – chocolate: 100g milk chocolate, herbal tea;

6th day – apple: 1kg apples, 1 soupspoon oil of sunflowers (at pleasure- a pair of cups of herbal tea);

7th day –cheese: 300g hard cheese, herbal tea;

8th day- vegetables: 1l tomato juice, 11 soupspoon oil of sunflowers (at pleasure- a pair of cups of herbal tea);

9th day - meat : 400g of boiled beef, 1 soupspoon oil of sunflowers (at pleasure- a pair of cups of herbal tea);

10th day - vegetables : salad (cucumber, tomatoes, cabbages, parsley, dills, butter of sunflowers, salt), herbal tea;

11th day - cottage cheese: 500g skim milk cottage cheese, 1 soupspoon oil of sunflowers (at pleasure- a pair of cups of herbal tea);

12th day – fruit: 1kg fresh plums, 1 soupspoon oil of sunflowers (at pleasure- a pair of cups of herbal tea).
