Daily dietThis diet is easy because you will not need to spend much time on cooking. This diet can be taken for 2 weeks in a row. It is easy to realize which lasts for a week. During the diet you can loose up to 6 kg! Every day for breakfast you need to drink a warm cup of tea without sugar, you need to eat whole grain bread slice and a piece of cheese. During the day you need to drink up to 3 l of liquid that does not contain fat. First day: Lunch - 1 glass of kefir, an apple and an orange Dinner - 150g of lean cottage cheese, one egg, 2 tomatoes Second day: Lunch - 100g cheese, 2 cucumbers Dinner - one glass of milk, 100g of lean cottage cheese Third day; Lunch - one glass of kefir, 2 cucumbers Diner - 2 eggs, 5 radishes, 100g of cheese Fourth day: Lunch - 200g of chicken fillet, an orange Dinner - one glass of milk, some rains and nuts Fifth day: Lunch - one glass of kefir, 2 cucumbers Dinner - 1 egg, a tomato and 100g of sausage Sixth day: Lunch - 150g of lean cottage cheese, an orange Dinner - 100g of cheese, some radishes Seventh day: Lunch - 2 apples, one orange Dinner - one glass of milk, 200g of fresh carrot salad |
