Crunchy Garden Slaw

4 cups finely shredded cabbage

1 cup thinly sliced celery

1 cup chopped cucumber

1/2 cup chopped green pepper

1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

2 tablespoons vinegar

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon chopped pimiento

Combine shredded cabbage, celery, cucumber, and green pepper. Stir together mayonnaise or salad dressing, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and paprika. Pour mayonnaise mixture over vegetables; toss to coat vegetables. Cover and chill. Garnish with pimiento. Makes 8 servings.
