Creamy lima cups

1 10-ounce package frozen baby lima beans

1/4 cup dairy sour cream

1 tablespoon milk

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 tablespoon salad oil

1/2 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

Dash paprika

1/2 cup thinly sliced celery

4 lettuce cups

Cook limas according to package directions; drain well. Cool. Blend together dairy sour cream, milk, vinegar, salad oil, garlic, sugar, salt, and paprika. Combine with beans and celery; cover and chill well. To serve, spoon the mixture into 4 lettuce cups. Sprinkle with additional paprika, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
