BULIMIA

Eating disorder during which a person does not eat at all or eat very little but exercises a lot and uses laxative or urine conducive medicine that causes vomiting.

An eating disorder during which a person eats a lot but later excretes it from the organism, most often it is by causing vomiting but sometimes they tend to use different urine conducive or laxative medicine.

During the illness the body weight reduces.

The anorexia patients do not consider their condition as an illness.

Bulimia patients consider their condition as an illness.

In the case of anorexia there is a lack of self-criticism.

Bulimia patients are interested in how they could stop the overeating.

When a bulimia patient sees herself in a mirror she’s sees that she is fat and eats too much but still she eats big portions and after that causes vomiting or eliminates the food from the body in some other way.

All the time there is an internal decision-making taking place; at first consider the amount of calories a product contains and later the same about the carbohydrates, proteins and other components. Anorexia patients have carefully planned scheme what and how to do in order the family members would not notice the eating disorders.

In the case of bulimia it is hard to control the impulses. For example, a person goes by a food shop and sees something very tasty and cannot resist from buying and eating it.
