Cider Waldorf Mold

2 cups apple cider or apple juice

1 3-ounce package lemon-flavored gelatin

1 cup finely chopped apple

1/4 cup finely chopped celery

1/4 cup finely chopped pecans


Mayonnaise or salad dressing

Bring 1 cup apple cider or juice to boiling. Dissolve gelatin in boiling cider. Stir in remaining cider or juice. Chill till partially set. Fold in apple, celery, and pecans. Pour into a 3-cup mold or spoon into 6 individual molds. Chill till firm. Unmold on lettuce-lined plates. Serve with mayonnaise or salad dressing. Makes 6 servings.
