Carbohydrates supply your organism with all the necessary energy. They help the body to use other valuable substances.

There are two types of carbohydrates:

Complex- fresh vegetables, beans, fruit, wholemeal cereal

Simple- processed grain (expect wholemeal), all kinds of sugar

Complex carbohydrates supply the energy but the simple ones create temporary energy.

You should know- white flour products and sugar promote the glucose oversaturation in the blood. As a result the body converts them into fat- and these fats are stored.

In order no the fat would not store- use wholemeal grain products which decompose gradually and the fat is not stored.
