Buckwheat dietFor ten days you eat only buckwheat in different ways together with spices, except salt. For example, you eat buckwheat in the morning; during other meals you eat buckwheat porridge. You are not allowed to eat greens and fruit. This diet can be used for a short time and the effect and lightness will appear already after three or four days. The classical day- the fourth day is when it seems that you can’t eat any buckwheat anymore. |
