A man can treat without a meal even two months, but without sleep - no more than two weeks. Sleep restores the forces and energy used up in a day, strengths the nervous system and helps to save a fresh look longer. Doctors recommend to sleep not less than eight hours in a day. There is no sense to try to sleep this sleep on holydays, because it only will mess up the normal biological rhythms. To dispose from habit to un-sleep it is necessary to sleep so long, while will squeeze does not come already, and then begins to domesticate yourself to sleep normal. One from the diffused sleepless reasons is an uncomfortable sleeping-place. If it seems, that reason of sleep violations are searched in a bed, it needs to execute a careful revision in bed-room. It is possible, a blanket is exhausting. It must be changed.  If sleepless reason is pillow, instead can take the stool in thickness of two hands, what will prop up part of spine withers and will allow relaxing. Also a bed must be comfortable.
