Banana is a perennial tropical caulescent plant. Usually we use Indian and China bananas in our menus.

Banana is substantial they do not cause any overweight problems.

Banana contains around 10-20 % or starch, when it is mellow it forms into a sugar.

Banana contains vitamins C, A, B1, B6, PP.

Banana helps to calm down and they are recommended before going to sleep because they promote sleep hormones.

Bananas also contain iron, sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium.

It is not recommended for patients who have had a heart attack or stroke because bananas coagulate the blood.

Bananas promote the accumulation of gases in the stomach and burden the secretion of bile.

Bananas contain tonic substances- ephedrine. Ephedrine stimulates the central nerve system.
