This is a new approach to the nutritional diets. This time it is important the scents and its effects.

Aromatherapy can affect the human body and it can both to cure the mind, emotions and the body.

The scents are also vital in reducing appetite and in creating better metabolic process. Bergamot essential oil reduces the stress which appears while being on a diet. It can be added to the massage oil.

This time the most important thing is inhalation process for about 15 minutes before the meal.

The necessary things for the diet: A bit of banana, a slice of apple, mint, and vanilla- put all this in a pan together with a little bit of oil and heat it. The result is quite unusual and surprising.
