Chinese menu

The main Chinese food product is rice; it is used in every meal- for breakfast it is usually liquid rice porridge or rice soup, the other meals- rice is a mandatory side dish.

Chinese do not comply with the certain times for meals but they eat when there is an appetite.

During one meal a lot of food is served that is arranges in small plates.

As a cutlery wooden chopsticks are used.

Duck meat, smoked pork and ham are in very big demand. Of the vegetables and fish in Chinese kitchen various meals are prepared, they are added with soy sauce and rice vodka. Chinese like lotus root, bamboo sprouts, magnolia petals and duck meat dishes.

The national drink is green tee without sugar.

The fruit are eaten in the beginning of the meal or during the dishes.
